Pastor Arun Shan
Pastor Arun Shan serves as the Pastor and spiritual leader of Scripture Sparks Fellowship, with a heart to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ and encourage people to grow in a genuine and lasting relationship with God.
His ministry is centered on the Word of God, prayer, faith, and Christian fellowship. He is passionate about helping people understand the Scriptures and apply biblical truth to their everyday lives. Through teaching, prayer, encouragement, and pastoral care, his desire is to point people toward Jesus Christ and help believers become stronger and more confident in their faith.
Pastor Arun believes that the message of the Gospel has the power to bring hope, restoration, purpose, and transformation to people's lives. His approach to ministry emphasizes a sincere relationship with God, dependence upon the Holy Spirit, and a commitment to living according to the teachings of Jesus Christ.
A Heart for Ministry
At the heart of Pastor Arun's ministry is a desire to serve people with compassion, humility, and faithfulness.
He seeks to create an atmosphere where people from different backgrounds and stages of their spiritual journey can come together to worship God, hear His Word, pray, and experience meaningful Christian fellowship.
Whether someone has followed Christ for many years, is returning to faith, or is simply beginning to explore Christianity, Pastor Arun desires for each person to feel welcomed and encouraged to discover God's truth through Scripture.
His ministry is guided by the conviction that spiritual growth is more than simply gaining biblical knowledge. It involves developing a deeper relationship with God, learning to trust Him in every season of life, growing in Christlike character, and putting faith into practice.
Biblical Teaching
Pastor Arun is committed to keeping Scripture at the center of his teaching and ministry.
His messages seek to communicate biblical truths in a clear and practical way, helping people understand how God's Word speaks to faith, relationships, family, challenges, decisions, spiritual growth, and everyday life.
Through biblical teaching and discussion, he encourages believers not only to hear the Word of God but also to live it—developing lives characterized by prayer, love, forgiveness, integrity, compassion, and obedience to Christ.
Prayer and Spiritual Growth
Prayer is an important part of Pastor Arun's ministry and the life of our fellowship.
We believe prayer draws us closer to God, strengthens our faith, and reminds us of our dependence upon Him. Pastor Arun encourages believers to develop a personal life of prayer while also coming together to pray for one another, our families, our communities, and the needs of others.
His desire is to see people mature spiritually, discover their God-given purpose, develop their gifts, and become an encouragement to others.
